Let us introduce them to you:

1. General:

1. Operators' work consists in interpreting your talk with the Lady and assisting you in your understanding each other. If any questions on other services arise during the conversation, please feel free to address them to our Customer Support. Operators are not allowed to answer questions going beyond the interpreting service.
2. Our phone operators are not allowed to provide you with the Lady's contact information (her telephone number, email, etc.) in any situation, even if the Lady herself asked you to call her (in her email via AnastasiaDate website). Any contact information is confidential, that is why only Ladies themselves can give it to you during the telephone conversation.
3. The operator cannot transfer any kind of information to Ladies outside the client's telephone talk with Ladies.
4. The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided by the Lady, as well as for the Lady's correct understanding of your contacts. What we can guarantee is accurate translation of the contact information!
5. The time of your conversation with the Lady is counted from the moment the operator connects you to the Lady. The duration of the talk is determined automatically and is expressed in round numbers (minutes of your talk).
   E.g.: 9 minutes 24 seconds of your talk will be equated to 10 minutes.
6. If the Lady speaks English herself, and you communicate with her without any help of the interpreter, the talk is still considered as taken place and is paid in accordance with the existing terms.
7. If you are a registered member of AnastasiaDate you have the right to use our Bonus System every time you call a Lady through our Phone Introduction Service.
8. All the telephone conversations are recorded. This is for quality assurance and provides an historic record of actual conversations.

2. Instant Call:

1. If you are using Instant Call Service you pay for this call right before the conversation after the Lady agrees to talk to you. The deposit charge of $28.75 is the minimum you pay, which makes up 5 minutes of your talk with the Lady. This means that even if you talk less than 5 minutes the entire sum will be used up. Every additional minute of your talk costs another $5.75, irrespectively of the duration of your talk.
2. If the talk does not take place the deposit charge of $28.75 is refunded to you automatically.
3. The number of minutes of several talks with Ladies is not summarized. Each of the calls taken place is paid separately.

3. Phone Reservation:

1. If you use Phone Reservation and fill in the special form on the website, the minimum deposit charge is $39.90 (10 minutes of the talk). Even if you speak less with the Lady, the entire deposit is used up and cannot be transferred partially on to the next call. If you talk more than 10 minutes, each additional minute will cost $3.99. If your call lasts for more than 30 minutes, the charge for the call will be calculated in accordance with the rate of $3.49 per minute.
2. The number of minutes for several conversations with Ladies is not summarized. Each of the calls taken place is paid separately. If you would like to speak to several Ladies using the Phone Reservation service, please take into account that you will need to reserve each call separately, i.e. fill in the Phone Reservation form for each Lady. Accordingly, a separate deposit will be taken off your credit card for each order. You can also place a reservation with the help of our operators.
3. To use our Discount System you need to be registered at AnastasiaDate. Every time you call a Lady, you earn free minutes which you can use during your further phone reservations. Every repeated reservation with the same Lady costs $25 .00 (10 minutes of the talk) and an additional minute will cost $2.50. Please note that free minutes expire if you do not use our Phone Translation service for a month or more.
4. Deposit is deducted if a client is unavailable at the phone number indicated in his profile during the period of time the phone reservation has been scheduled for.
5. Should you like to reschedule the reservation please write to our customer support through the website and choose "Phone Introduction" in the letter Category, so that your request is operated on faster and our operators reply your letter at once. 6. In case the reserved call does not go through due to some technical problems we will arrange the call for some other time or issue a refund.
7. If the Lady cannot accept your call at the time appointed, we will arrange the call for some other time.
8. If you have any inquiries concerning your Reservation, please write to our customer support and choose "Phone introduction" in the letter Category, so that your request is operated on faster and our operators reply your letter at once. 4. Collect Call:

1. Collect Call is a reverse call where the initiator of the conversation is a Lady. But this service requires that the recipient of the call to accept call charges.
2. A reverse charge call can only be requested by a Lady with whom you have been corresponding through our website.
3. Collect Call is performed in accordance with an Instant Call conditions and charges. And you also have an opportunity to earn free minutes while talking to a Lady.
4. Should you like to receive calls from Ladies you have to activate this service by ticking the checkbox in your account at AnastasiaDate website. If you tick this checkbox Ladies will have a chance to call you. You can also deactivate the service as and when you choose to.
